I'm a little confused on how to obtain it, as the article from Microsoft say that it can be gained from Server Manager - but it's not under any of the Roles or Features sections, neither can Volume Activation Tools be expanded - so there's no hidden tools their waiting to be installed.
I've also tried running the Windows 8. I've also heard it doesn't support Windows 10 clients? I may be wrong, but I think that only installs KMS.
